Dessert Bingo

July 3 – September 4, 2026
Join us on Friday afternoons for a fun game of BINGO with a twist! We will play 5-6 games of BINGO with the winner of each round receiving a dessert selection.

Senior Walking Club

July 6 – August 24, 2026
This program offers participants the chance to meet and walk with others providing motivation and some accountability.

GO! Swim

Starting June 29, 2026
Join us every Monday – Friday evening starting June 29th from 6:45pm – 7:30pm for a chance to cool off and try swimming. This program will be offered at no charge. Here is a great way to come try swimming or for you to gather up your family and get out for some splashing good times.

GO! Yoga

July 2 – August 20, 2026
Join us every Thursday evening at 6:00pm for our Go! Yoga series. Each week we will showcase one of our local parks as a great way to learn yoga while enjoying the great outdoors. You must register for the program. Please bring your own mat.

Outdoor Senior Pickleball

June 22 – August 26, 2026
Enjoy playing pickleball in the fresh air! This paddle sport combines the elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. This program is a weekly meet up to play pickleball at the Terry Fox Complex. Games each session will be organized based on the skill level of the players.

Chair Yoga

Smart blend of yoga and fitness to target common areas of weakness, tension & inflammation. Regain your best body, inside and out. Strengthen and open your body in different ways.

Summer Adventures

Join us for a relaxed and scenic tour designed for seniors, as we explore the charming beauty and rich history of our very own Island. This guided tour will offer the perfect blend of comfort, culture and coastal charm. Great way to meet seniors from the community.
